Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the first night’s stay (applies to direct bookings only).

• Guests must be 18+ years old. Minors are not allowed.

⏳ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM

️ Amenities & Services

• Laundry Service: Standard laundry 30,000 VND per kilo, returned within 24 hours.
• Breakfast: Not included, but available for purchase.

⏰ Quiet Hours & Events

• Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM – 07:00 AM (please respect fellow travelers).
• Nightly Events: Run until 11:30 PM—join the fun!
• Restaurant Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM for delicious meals & drinks.

House Rules

• No outside food or drinks allowed.
• No outside guests in rooms.
• No drugs or firearms permitted on the premises.
• No curfew, but quiet hours are enforced.
• Non-smoking hostel (smoking allowed only in designated areas). Strictly no smoking in rooms.
